Prospect: Research the market and identify prospective clients. Develop, pursue, and close deals for services and agreed partnerships.
New Business Development: Tele-sales, cold calling, face-to-face sales, networking, and marketing to generate, leads, new clients, and build long-term business relationships.
Account Management & Delivery: Manage customer requirements. Locate, interview, and reference candidates for vacancies via our internal database, advertisement, Social Media, LinkedIn, and Networking events.
Target Management: Plan the required level of sales activity needed to deliver against sales target. Measured by revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Company Innovation: Provide ongoing input internally for investment, product, and territory planning.
Negotiate: Negotiation of Fees, Margin percentages, Client budgets, candidate pay, and salaries.
Travel: Travel required including internationally.
